Eclectic Philo

I am a mother, a wife, a student, a friend, a sister, an aunt, a daugher and many more. I am all these things but not all the time. Hopefully my words will bring me more clarity to who I am because that is still something I need to find out by examining and living life and to appreciate beautiful gifts that life has to offer. I am looking forward to getting to know myself on this journey of life lessons and discoveries.

Healing Sounds

Today I listened to music the whole day. It was the best. I sometimes wish that there was a song in the background for every moment of my life. It heals me and it makes me strong. Music is a beautiful thing and it will be a part of me always.

Reflection

Sometimes it is a good thing to drown in our thoughts. Those are the most important things that we can ever truly own. We sleep and our souls run free with no limitations, no gazes and no judgments. We are free to be who we are, free to feel and free to let go of all responsibilities. We sometimes go back into our childhoods and remember when there was no worries no fears and our imaginations were limitless. We look in the mirror and would see our true selves, we would see our true reflection when we put away the many faces. Underneath the faces is where true beauty resides and stays forever beautiful. So take the time out sometimes and reflect on nothing if you have to, reflect on the trees, the waters or whatever replenishes your soul, because I believe that is when we truly live and dreams come alive in our reality, with that we become more aware of our own reflections.
